my favorite restaurant where I live is a rum bar called Sailor. They don’t have a “kitchen” so they serve a whole menu of raw seafood,, however they also ‘sous vide’ wagyu and octopus and then hit it with a huge torch to finish it. They have these crazy seafood tins too 🐐 🐐 🐐

i’m not normally a raw foods gal outside of sushi, but this looks and sounds mouthwatering 🤤

Eat raw oysters or sushi every other week, but when we go here usually eat 70-80% of the meal raw seafood and will get a tin or whatever they are throwing under the torch. It’s amazing
