See fewer uninteresting casts when using Warpcast

By default, the app will only show you casts from accounts 1) you follow, 2) with the power badge or 3) engaged with by the cast author

1/ How to think about this:

- Who you follow: you control this! Unfollow at any time.

- Power badge: a nice mix of interesting OG Farcaster accounts and newer accounts that have built an audience

- Cast author engagement: discover accounts with engagement worth replies

Should bring back a "pre-permissionless" vibe.

I like this. Sufficiently based angle of approaching a difficult problem
