these are classic Baltimore City row homes built in the late 1920s early 1930s. There is quite a bit of variation in brickwork and roof styles but I would see these are pretty traditional toned down colonial revival baltimore vernacular style architecture. In the nicer hoods you will see the marbles staircases

I primarily wholesale. will sell to one of my investors for smol fee and they will flip. Baltimore has some amazing architecture. The craftsmanship of the older rowhomes around Fells and Charles Village/Mt Vernon is incredible imo
