yes most of the corner lots here are zoned mixed use and have little bodegas!

sounds fun i love that kind of thing!  would be awesome if they were mixed zoned and had mini storefronts downstairs and living accommodations up top like bobs burgers.  but these look a little smaller and definitely not like that but they're still kinda cute. anyway that's great! have fun
