I just went to set my withdrawal address and I cannot find my validator key seed phrase 🥵

I have both my prater and prymont seed phrases backed up, but I cannot find my mainnet one.

Any suggestions or words of kindness/wisdom?

The easiest way to RUN WEB3. It just works.

turns out I had them in a much more secure place than my testnet validator keys, so I actually did everything right except remember 😅

now current me needs to get off geth 😅

realizing tho that migrating is challenging without taking my validator offline for a couple days, since its difficult to sync a second CL client while my EL client is still pointing to geth. Any suggestions?

Not really... as of now you can only have one EL. 
I have seen Nethermind syncing in just a few hours if your Internet is very fast!

We have something in the backburner that might help if you have LOTS of disk space but wouldn't help if you weren't able to have 2 ELs synced in the same machine)
