⏰  WC Status

Both our hubs went down for unrelated reasons at the same time. For the 40 minutes that it took to recover: 

- Warpcast suffered stability issues
- Messages from warpcast were not sent to other clients
- Messages from other clients didn't make it to warpcast

Everything should be back to normal now

Casts that are multiple hours old are missing from Neynar right now.
Cast API is returning: "NotFound"
