Topic of the day Health How do you take care of health? Maintaining good health is all about balance, so I focus on simple yet effective habits. I kickstart my day with a glass of water mixed with apple cider vinegar to aid digestion and energize my body. I opt for home-cooked meals rich in vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins to fuel my day. Exercise is an essential part of my routine, and I try to fit in a morning walk or light stretching to keep my body active. I always make sure to get exposure to sunlight, especially in the morning, to boost my mood and energy levels. For mental clarity, I practice mindfulness by journaling or meditating in the evenings. I stay hydrated throughout the day with water and herbal teas like chamomile or peppermint. When I feel stressed, I unwind by reading or listening to calming music.
