Might be biased but puppets. 
You’ll have access to the shed, airdrops. WL etc and there’s more upside for them to go back to 0.3 (cat is awesome too)

Keep in mind puppets want to go to zero and that mindset protects them whereas cats do their cool thing 😎

the problem is you never know when a good entry is. I‘m happy with my Rune bags, but thought about getting OMB, Cat or puppet. Maybe I keep on sitting on my paws for a while 😁

Ordinals liquidity is dead now so better wait for a good entry. Have never felt so bored about ordinals even though I experienced many cycles. Maybe a good time to find more potential ordinals and runes projects
