This year I built: I hosted based :Turn up weekly space,where we talk about everything based, giving projects the spotlight to share what they are building with the community. I did a radio show to introduce the local community to the base Ecosystem.we had a live listening of over 5000 people. I hosted a base meetup in my local community, introducing web2 people to web3, gifted over a hundred people Base names. I built Craftiax with my team, and it is transforming how creators and explorers connect. We’re all about empowering artists, content creators, Fans, art lovers and writers to do what they love while getting the support they deserve, intersocial connections, fun, loves and vibes. Craftiax empowers all users to earn through the Flare-to-Earn Reward System, decentralizes control and promotes transparency, and ensures global accessibility and inclusivity. This week I built... 1. We hosted an onchain writer's contest, and rewarded 3 of the winners from our $100 prize pool. 2. We hosted the 10th episode of the base series where we discussed every other thing @base - NFTs, Airdrops, Jobs etc. 3. We set up a club structure for higher institutions, and secondary schools in Nigeria, Africa...and we are currently rolling out plans. We currently have about 15 club leads in different schools. 4. We supported the blockrepo event in Abuja, Nigeria that had 4 of our contributors attend with @salchithew3s representing the creator of Basenomads and speaking on building better dApps on @base. 5. With over 4 meetings done this week alone, we have been having steady meetings to see how we can help people build better on @base Cc: @jessepollak @statuette @seneca

This week I contributed to the growth of base by writing the part 2 on my article on base called" base on-chain economy " the 1 billion on-chian user vision. This part 2 of this article centres around on-boarding builders and shows them how to use the base registry to get their products recognised on chain reach a wider onchain consumers. This week I built: 💙 I hosted and @basenomads joined to cohost my 4th weekly Based: Turn up, where we discussed all things and everything @Base. 💙 We had such an interesting time onboarding new people into the Base Ecosystem,we onboarded 5 persons on the space. 💙I had an interesting conversation with a 2 friends and I was able to not only onboard them on @base I got them onboarded on @farcaster as well . 💙 Joined @gudbee as a speaker on his twitter space onboarding series as well.

Self nominating @basenomads for Octant x Purple Retroactive Public Goods Funding. @basenomads is a system that connects community and builders while bringing more people onchain on a global level. Our goal is to onboard over 50,000 people to the @base ecosystem within the next 2 years. By September 4th we will be 1 month old, and we have been able to build a community of over 170 onchain inclined people, plus we recently gave out 50 Basenames for free to bring people onchain. Alongside the many others that were brought fully onchain using Warpcast. By hosting spaces, putting out content through our contributors and our main page... steadily contributes to the onchain economy. We are steadily pushing out new campaigns( a Warpcast subscriptions campaign coming)... The base chronicles is also a thing( a book for onboarding people onchain) We believe that these grants will help us get more people into farcaster, and help us bring the world to experience the onchain economy. #retropgf
