Update to Warpcast Rewards for week of Jan 7 2025

- Rewards pool increased from $7,000 to $10,000
- New: add 1,500 points to your score by inviting someone to Farcaster
- Minor algo change to reward people for casting a bit more
- Tier 1-4 payouts increased
- Tier 5 has an +100 eligible winners (Top 400 -> Top 500)

Thank you to @specimenxiii @jar0d and @argentgold. It appears that Sharing Helps Everyone Win. I'm currently #119 in the Warpcast Rewards  game this week. My score is due to inviting new ppl to the platform. I don't expect it to last. I will enjoy it while it does.
