Similar to what happened in China when I was there. 1st Phone, 2nd messaging app, 3rd wallet in messaging app then 4th mini apps from literally everyone because it was most prevalent & direct access to daily spending. 

Even utility companies built mini apps in wechat & alipay. By 2020 I can’t think of a single thing I couldn’t do from within wechat or Alipay.
