Can't complain RJ, been a bumpy patch, and I feel like I'm making progress. Been putting a lot of time and energy into changing some routines and habits that weren't serving me. Slow work for sure, worth it though. How is life in your part of the world?

Changing routines is a slow process. Like social media. I've been trying to break the habit of starting my day off on the social feeds. The goal is to journal, do yoga, and meditate before I get on any social media. Some days I do all three, some days I do one, some days it doesn't happen. The goal is to do at least one of the behaviors. Small manageable steps have been the best path to long term change for me. It's like compounding interest. All those little changes add up to big changes over time.

Glad to hear things are trending in the right direction. It's very difficult to change routines...I keep trying but somehow always falling back into old ones. Any tips for whats worked? And remind me what you do for work again? I used to think you were a horse trainer 😂 but no horse pics in a while

Things are going well over here. My wife's been traveling a bunch for work and so I'm in survival mode with the two kids. Thankfully she's coming home tonight and nothing planned for the near future. Swamped at work. A mile long list of things to do. But all good, same shit most people deal with. Just hard to find time for the purple app these days unfortunately.
