just went through the whole mess, so if you have any questions let me know. deployer is trying to encourage ppl to get on sol i believe, so i think it is weighted heavier than some other factors. also i think its currently cheaper, so maybe that's the real hack where it counts the same but is cheaper. i guess we'll see how it impacts allowance tomorrow!
