GM bro! How is the yoga, journaling, and meditation going to start the day? I need to adopt something like this, but holy crap Iβm a mess right now. I know it would help, but I need to really get it into my routine. Anything outside of that routine is so difficult for me to pull the trigger on. Extreme executive dysfunction will do that though π€¦ββοΈ

GM Brother β Been pretty good at doing 1 or 2 out of 3, it takes a little more intention to get them all together. The early results have been great. The other big part of it is NOT logging into social media before doing them. I just find myself hijacked so quickly and my morning disappears in a snap π«°π»

Good call, if there's one thing I've learned about habit building, it's that me trying to do too many things, or 1 LARGE thing right out the gate is a surefire way to fail lol. I'll have to try and choose 1 of those 3 to do until I can build it into the routine and then try adding another. Great to hear you're getting there as well, not many people could just ad all 3 and magically do it daily perfectly, you're doing awesome!
