The difference between pain and suffering š¹ Pain is part of life. You can't (always) avoid it. šŗ Suffering is optional. It is your reaction to the pain. You're trying to get rid of it, or create a story around it. Pain has to be felt, given space. Suffering can be removed or at least decreased. What do you guys think?
