How to live in line with your values? (it's fun)

First let's see which ones are yours. There are great and creative ways to explore. This is both fun, helps you to get to know yourself better and serves as a great base for future choices!

One way is the Bulls eye - a thread (1/8)

2. Think:  Think of four life domains that you care about and of values that fit with each. For example:
1. Relationships: friends, family, (warpcast) community, honesty, care, love, intimacy
2. Livelihood: work, ambition, contributing,  excelling, righteousness
3. Self-growth: sports, selfcare, healthy food, relaxation, strength, lightness, mindfulness
4. Purpose: religion, spiritual quest, gratitude, passion, curiosity, doing evil (for the devils out there), adventure, creativity. 
Make them your way and divide them in a way that makes sense to you. 
Each dartboard piece will stand for one domain. (3/8)

3. Shoot: Now take 4 imaginary arrows and imagine throwing them at the dartboard: one for each domain. Bulls-eye means you live according to the values you wrote down, the edge means not at all. (4/8)

4. Evaluate: look at your results with curiosity: don't judge. 
Close to bulls-eye a lot: awesome! Keep going. 
At the edge a lot: awesome! scope for change (5/8)

5. Change: choose one value that you want to make a change at the most and think of 1 concrete action. Send a message to an old friend? Roll our that yoga mat? Best is to create a re-occuring one: every Saturday...  Don't make it too big: you prob won't keep at it. (6/8)

6. Keep at it! A day or a week later take another domain and add another action! (7/8)
