It's still the hardest to find Testnet ETH on Sepolia, Base Sepolia and Base Goerli after 3 years of me devving in the space. If a dev's pay is $100/hr and they spend 30 mins to find testnet ETH, why not just sell me Sepolia ETH?

No. I have not been a developer throughout the last 3 years. I just started building after a long break. Plus, new identity. Don't want to link wallets.
