Anybody completed simple in the Simple & Sinister program by Pavel Tsatsouline? How did you feel in terms of strenght/fitness?

I've been doing S&S for the last 4 weeks, I've always had upper body strength and trained with kettlebells for last 2 years so there is not too much of a change on strength, but I started to feel my endurance is getting way better. the biggest + I'd say is that it is straight forward and relatively fast training.

The main thing that changed my endurance is the realisation to do it 'hardstyle', e.g. really pushing for every rep. Kettlebells for the last 2 years is really good. Are you close to getting the simple achievement?
