What is the status of cryptocurrency capital gains taxes in Portugal? Last I heard since 2023 there are capital gains unless you held for more than 1 year. Is that correct? Any special reports or forms to present? Or just include in the annual declaration?

If you can justify that you hold (on & off-chain) a cryptoasset more than 365 days, you have 0% tax on capital gain un Portugal.
