I have a very spiritual connection with trees, might sound a bit weird, but I love this so much. I have a grounding exercise that involves all versions of myself standing in a circle holding healing energy and sending it into the tree. The tree representing different versions of me and aspects of my life ❤ I wish I could get away with hugging a tree without people giving me weird looks. I know it probably wouldn't matter much in the end, but I'm self conscious.
