Hmmm. I am aware, however…based on some studies of the diets of indigenous and peoples before the colonization /industrialization of food/farms etc…most groups of people were hunter/gatherers and didn’t suffer from anywhere near as many health problems as we do now days…and “in season”too!

I’m not saying the red meat now days is as healthy as it was a long time ago though. I think the real question is: olden diets or modern diets lol. 😮‍💨

gut instinct? it makes me wonder if we are simply not as evolved as one would like to think. @wzp says a lot of doctors avoid red meat
