I think ancestral really depends on your bloodline, for me it’s different practice from the African & European tribes I hail from. Re reprogramming - a relentless attitude of taking responsibility for EVERYTHING in your reality. Find the root, release on all levels not just mental, TRE/shaking is great for that.
