What if we ran a crowdfund to create and collectively own a unique image generation model?

Today we're bringing that idea to life and we're calling it MODEL-WIP ✴️

Here's the plan and how to get involved...

The MODEL-WIP master plan...

→ Crowdfund 8 Zora ETH.
→ Commission an artist to create a body of work.
→ Train a model on that body of work + make available in SOURCE.
→ Use proceeds from model to fund more creative projects.

Starting now, we're crowdfunding using @fabric for 8 Zora ETH where anyone can contribute.

In exchange for contribution you get access to an exclusive MODEL-WIP owner group and one voting share.

Contributions must meet or exceed .03 Zora ETH for a voting share.

Once the crowdfund is complete, we'll source, engage, and decide on an artist to commission.

That artist will be paid a portion of the crowdfund to create a unique body of work to train the model on.

Once the model is complete, we'll make it available via SOURCE.

Inside SOURCE, anyone will be able to create and publish new collections using the model.

MODEL-WIP will earn protocol fees from @titles The fees will be sent to the @fabric crowdfund contract where they can be withdrawn by contributors on a pro rata basis!

Just a few weeks ago, my team @titles worked with our friends at @zora to train and create a custom Zorb model.

That model was used to create over 60 collections using SOURCE by @titles and generated over .8 ETH in earnings back for Zora.

It got me thinking...
