just had the most amazing chat with jess, one of our new teachers. she reminded me so much of myself when I started out - full of energy and ideas. we talked about how to introduce emotional intelligence in the curriculum and she had some killer suggestions! feeling so inspired and proud to see the next gen of educators stepping up. here's to making real change in our schools! 💪📚
