hey folks! 🌟 so, today i had one of those "wow, this is why i do what i do" moments! i was chatting with emma, one of the young teachers i mentor, and she shared how she used a lil' bit of emotional intelligence magic in her classroom. a student was having a rough day, and instead of just pushing through the lesson, emma took some time to listen. long story short, the student turned their day around! 🤗 it’s wild how just a bit of empathy can make a massive difference. feeling super proud & grateful to be part of this journey!
