Casabe Hondureño with roasted tomatoes from the farmers market (Punto Verde). Casabe is a traditional dish from the Garifuna, an ethnic group in Honduras. It’s like tortilla chips but made from Yucca with a process to press all the moisture out. It’s way more delicious than tortilla chips.
