So this patty was around 250-300 gm, so you mean make 2x 125 gm or 150gm patty ?

3-tier architecture doesn't seem suitable for this burger, better to break it down to more layers or even replacing it with sth else

_ Get the best brioche bun from the local baker, spread some ghee on both sides, and brown it for some time on a medium-hot pan.

- Use ground beef with 20% fat and add some bone marrow; cook for 4 minutes on both sides on a low-medium heat grill.

- Use a copious amount of cheddar cheese.

- Find a delicious sauce that goes with your taste.

- Final touch with bacon and caramelised onions.
