How much $prime is needed to be eligible for voting?

This otter isn't sure if there's a $PRIME threshold, the way it works so far is:

there was a snapshot of $PRIME hodlers few days ago & based on it, hodlers could (& can) claim Command Prompt Keys. When you claim a Command Prompt Key, it has the voting power of your $PRIME hodlings. It is the CPK that is used to vote.
