Time to add to the dragon hoard 💰🐉 Little back story: I manage an independently owned gas station/convenience store so we get away with things other places can't. One of those things is the old school tip jar. It used to go very sadly empty for days upon days upon days and one day I decided to change the misspelled "tips aprreciated" (broken English, bless their heart) to "sharing is caring" 

I'm a firm believer kindness and patience carry an infinitely higher value than most other things so money freely goes into and back out of the jar during a shift paying it forward then paying it out in a never ending circle. At the end of your shift what is left behind belongs to you to bring home. Those are the rules. I use it to encourage my staff by drawing a direct connection between how much they go home with to how well they connected with their customers. 5 out of 7 days I leave with close to $100 cash and .....
