Bitwise was accused of deceiving investors A lawsuit was filed against the investment company Bitwise Asset Management for $2 million. The firm is accused of fraud with the Bitwise 10 Crypto Index Fund, deceiving investors. Bitwise top managers are involved in the creation of the so-called Pump and Dump scheme “Bitwise Asset Management CEO Hunter Horsley, as well as executives Teddy Fusaro and Matt Hougan, conspired to defraud the plaintiff’s family. They committed securities fraud for which the lawsuit seeks damages in excess of $2 million,” the statement.
