The rules have changed a little while back but you must hold minimum of 250,000 TN100x or Base Lp or Ham Lp and recently added Ham on SOL and aerodrome liquidity or SOL liquidity.

I did my first liquidity last night on aerodrome. I then staked it but not locked and really thinking about it because you get more rewards.
