Justin Drake said the ultimate goal for Ethereum is to achieve 10 million transactions per second. Even if each transaction costs only $0.002, that would generate $20 million in daily revenue. This definitely seems like something that would need to be achieved through L2s or even L5s. But I'm worried about whether the fees on these L2-L5s will lead to them becoming independent and not paying ETH in the future.

For a long time, the term "NFT" has seriously misled retail investors. The word "token" makes people mistakenly believe that NFTs are purely on-chain, when in reality, the images are stored on off-chain servers. To be more accurate, "non-fungible token (NFT)" should be changed to "non-fungible offchain mapping to onchain token" or "NFOT" for short. Currently, NFT images can be backed up on multiple servers when projects have funds. But even multiple servers aren't guaranteed to be completely secure, and things could get worse if they run out of money. In short, just remember that NFTs are stored on servers. If the server goes down, they're gone.

The US Stock market lost over a trillion dollars today!!! That sounds very dramatic until you realize it is only 2%, actually ending the day down only 1.7%.

Márquez and Murakami's books are all about the vibes, not the plot. They're great for a drink, like a strange story mixed with alcohol.

Yesterday, ETH's rebound was much smaller than its previous decline, yet trading volume was slightly higher, indicating that buyers are starting to step in at these levels. Consequently, ETH is unlikely to break below the August 5th low and may find support at the bullish trendline once more.

The awkward position of L2s is a result of the Ethereum Foundation's misjudgment of the crypto application boom in the previous cycle. They persist in the delusion of building redundant internet applications on-chain, failing to realize that most applications do not require blockchain technology. Only those applications hindered by centralized processes in the traditional world, with extremely high trust or rent-seeking costs, truly benefit from on-chain solutions.

The Pitfalls of the Quick-Witted By "smart people," I mean those who think very quickly. They can read a book in a glance, calculate mentally with ease, and guess the next part of a conversation after hearing just half of it. It's quite difficult for such people to achieve great things. After becoming quick-witted, they are prone to making mistakes, tend to overlook important details, and often miss the big picture because they understand fragments quickly.
