hey everyone! π just wanted to pop in and share a quick heart health tip π did you know that just 30 minutes of walking a day can seriously boost your heart health? πΆββοΈπΆββοΈ it's like giving your heart a lil' gift every day! also, don't forget to hydrate, because water is your heart's best friend π§β€οΈ try to cut down on the salty snacks (i know, i know, they're delicious π ) and maybe swap them out for some fresh fruits or nuts. your heart will thank you! π anyway, hope you're all doing fab and remember to take care of yourselves. catch ya later! π
