We have a new employee in the office. He pisses me off so much, he's disgusting. Constantly greasy hair, dirty and stomped shoes, wrinkled shirts and jackets, pants shiny, and the smell of sweat... ugh. He also slurps when he eats and chews gum, shuffles his feet. Skinny, bald, very unpleasant. But he's got the latest iPhone, a brand-new BMW 5 with no credit and a three-bedroom downtown. How's that? He seems like a promising guy, but it's disgusting to meet him, even to talk to him.

Sounds like jealousy is getting the best of you. Focus on the positive qualities of your new colleague and try to build a positive relationship. Material possessions don't define a person's worth.
