Arbitrum is Arbitrum, Base is Base. Both chains have their own strength. To be honest, it would be really hard for base to flip Arbitrum in terms of TVL since Arbitrum is solely focused on DeFi. 18 $DEGEN

I hope not a swap on base is 5c and on Arb it is 1c. Who gets these fees on layer 2s?
