Do you incorporate non-judgment into your daily life, and what changes have you noticed as a result? My thoughts following a guided meditation practice: ๐ณ The art of non-judgment is like a tree that stands resilient in the face of wind, rain, and all kinds of weather. Just as a tree remains present and grounded, non-judgment allows us to embrace each moment with acceptance and curiosity. ๐ฆ๏ธ By practicing non-judgment, we open ourselves to a deeper understanding of our experiences and the world around us. This mindset nurtures inner peace and fosters growth, helping us navigate life's challenges with grace and compassion. ๐ฑ

I do. sometimes it's very difficult not to judge, I am just learning not to do so๐ I feel that "inner peace". I feel so good and calm and merry when I hear smth that don't agree with but I don't want to judge, I just accept it. the most important: I don't judge in my heart. It's what makes me happy for my self๐
