I am not sure how open I ever was about it on casts, but I once got to 96.5kg. I am 1.65m. 

I had to work out all the way down to 58kg, but I managed to do it! In 18 months. 

So if you’re also trying to lose a lot of weight, I have to tell you 90% is up to you. 

Don’t let anyone discourage you saying it’s impossible. If that is what you want DON’T GIVE UP on yourself. And this includes not doing crazy diets bc they won’t help.
