TEEs are the best technology today for speed, privacy, and decentralization. They are particularly salient for L2s since L2s optimize for different things than L1 and as a result are harder to decentralize in the typical ways. In particular, super fast UX or novel ordering schemes like prio fee ordering.

woow so kewl re Teleport: 1. It is said links expire after one day. But how are those different on the OpenSea created a few months ago?

They don't actually expire in 1 day, that was just a disclaimer from a few months ago when that was the average server uptime
