Just ran our first experiment with notifications in the $SOCIAL app
- created a chatroom to discuss recent degen drama
- sent notifications to 1250 users with $degen in their wallets 
- chatted it up

Went really well. 100 or so logged on, including ~50 new people

Some learnings:
- already knew this, but auth is a huge source of churn. people press the button to join the chatroom, but then quit when the auth modal pops up. currently no way around this
- people joined the general chatroom, not the one i created specifically for this discussion. need to make landing page experience clearer
- chatroom working really well! will be continuing to layer on new features including a live competitive game
