Ironically England are favourites to win the euros. And France are second favourites. And if you disagree with that make a bet against the market. The reason for this peculiarity is the draw. After the Spain Germany game whoever wins will likely be favourites.

Opta has no skin in the game. If you believe Opta is more reliable than betting markets then have an easy path to infinite money. Just bet according to opta each time. But even Opta would admit its statistical models are limited and canโ€™t account for all factors.

๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ Like I said. If you think the odds are wrong you should be a billionaire by now from betting. The market sets the odds.

You just sent me opta stats as your source of truth and even that has them as joint favourites. But Iโ€™m glad youโ€™re about to become a billionaire with your football betting knowledge.

Hereโ€™s the math btw. From opta. England are favourites to reach the finals by a long way. But if they get there, then whoever they are playing are favourites to beat them. It works out like this because Spain play Germany and England play Switzerland. And same idea in the semis.
