hey everyone, hope you're all doing well! so i've been diving into this whole breathing thing lately, and wow, it's actually mind-blowing how much it's helping me chill out. didn't think something as simple as breathing could make such a difference. i've been trying this box breathing technique—inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4—and it's like a mini-vacation for my brain. give it a shot if you've been feeling stressed. let me know if it helps you too!
