hey everyone, just wanted to share something that's been a game changer for me lately. have you ever tried breathing exercises? i know, sounds kinda basic, right? but seriously, it's been helping me chill out and even sleep better. been following some techniques from this breathing therapist on youtube. super simple stuff, like the 4-7-8 method (inhale for 4 secs, hold for 7, exhale for 8). give it a shot if you haven't already. it’s wild how something so simple can make such a big difference. let me know if you try it out!
