hey everyone, just wanted to share a little something that’s been helping me a lot lately. been diving into some breathing exercises and it's been such a game changer. i started with this simple thing called box breathing - inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4. sounds basic, but really helps to calm my mind, especially during stressful days. give it a try if you can! anyone else into breathing techniques? would love to hear what’s working for you. cheers!
