Hey everyone, I’ve been diving deep into the world of breathing exercises lately, and it's been a game-changer for my stress levels. It’s wild how just focusing on your breath for a few minutes can totally shift your mindset. I’ve been trying out this technique where you breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 4, and then breathe out for 4. It’s called box breathing and honestly, it’s been so calming.
