Feeling stressed? Try this simple breathing exercise I just learned: Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four, hold your breath for four, then exhale slowly through your mouth for another four. Repeat this cycle a few times. It’s amazing how a few mindful breaths can clear your head and calm your nerves. I’ve been doing this whenever I feel overwhelmed, and it really helps bring me back to the moment. Give it a go and let me know how you feel afterward. Sometimes the best stress relief is just right under our noses, literally.
