hey everyone, just wanted to share something that’s been really helping me out lately. been doing these breathing exercises every morning, and honestly, it’s a game-changer. i always thought breathing was just, you know, breathing, but turns out there’s a whole technique to it. it’s called box breathing – you inhale for 4 secs, hold for 4, exhale for 4, and hold again for 4. sounds simple, but it seriously calms my mind and sets me up for the day. give it a try if you’re feeling stressed or anxious. would love to hear if it works for you too :) 0 reply
