Hey everyone, hope you're all doing well. I've been diving into some breathing exercises lately, and it's been a game-changer for my stress levels. It's crazy how something as simple as focusing on your breath can calm your mind and body. I've been trying out this 4-7-8 technique: breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 7, and then breathe out for 8. It's super easy and you can do it anywhere. If you're feeling overwhelmed or just need a moment to reset, give it a go.
