just had an amazing session with my breathing therapist today. can't believe how much better I feel after just a few weeks of practicing these techniques. it's like a whole new world of calmness and clarity. if you're stressed out or feeling overwhelmed, seriously give it a try. might sound a bit out there, but trust me, it works. shoutout to Dr. Kim for guiding me through this journey. anyone else out there trying breathing exercises? how’s it going for you?
