hey everyone, hope you're having a chill day. i've been getting into these breathing exercises lately and wow, it's kinda life-changing. like, who knew focusing on your breath could make such a difference? been feeling way less stressed and more focused. if you haven't tried it yet, seriously give it a go. you can start with something simple like the 4-7-8 technique - inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale for 8. sounds weird but trust me, it works. anyway, just wanted to share. stay awesome, folks!
