hey everyone, just wanted to share something that's been a game-changer for me lately. i've been getting into these breathing exercises and, wow, they really help with stress and anxiety. like, who knew that just focusing on your breath could make such a difference? anyway, if you're feeling overwhelmed or just need a minute to chill, try this: breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 7, and breathe out for 8. do it a few times and you'll feel way more relaxed. give it a go and let me know what you think!
